Refund Policy for ON CALL IT:

 

ON CALL IT is committed to providing high-quality IT support services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a client is not satisfied with the services we have provided. In these cases, we have established the following Refund Policy to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Refunds for IT Support Services: In the event that a client is not satisfied with the IT support services we have provided, we will make every effort to resolve the issue and ensure the client's satisfaction. If the issue cannot be resolved and the client requests a refund, we will evaluate the request and issue a refund if it is deemed appropriate.

 

Refunds for Data Recovery Services:

For data recovery services, we offer a no-data, no-charge policy. If we are unable to recover the requested data, the client will not be charged for the service. In the event that the client is not satisfied with the recovered data, we will evaluate the request and issue a refund if it is deemed appropriate.

Refunds for Security Camera System Installation and Repair Services:

For security system and camera installation and repair services, we offer a one-year warranty on our services. If the client experiences any issues with the installation or repair within one year of the service, we will make every effort to resolve the issue and ensure the client's satisfaction. If the issue cannot be resolved and the client requests a refund, we will evaluate the request and issue a refund if it is deemed appropriate.

Requesting a Refund:

o request a refund, clients should contact ON CALL IT at REFUND@ONCALLIT.PRO We will evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis and issue a refund if it is deemed appropriate.

**FREE COMPUTER REPAIR / TECH SUPPORT:

When you opt to donate the total amount of your bill from ON CALL IT LLC to Hands of Hope USA (a Non Profit that helps out the homeless, Disabled Veterans, Children and Families) We will not charge you for that repair or Tech Support services rendered. Confirmation of your donation to HANDS OF HOPE USA must be made at the time when payment is due for IT Services rendered. Forward your Donation Email Receipt from HANDS OF HOPE USA to CHARITY@ONCALLIT.PRO. Limit One Free Repair / Tech Support Service per month, per client, per business or government entity.
